Best Text written by Shanti Narayan
This 1962 edition of Mathematical Analysis is the finest book written by Shanti Narayan. His treatment of Dedekind's construction of the real numbers is excellent. The only other books I know of and that have done a good job are Rudin's PMA and Spivak's Calculus. His treatment of the elementary functions is very rigorous as found in some German Texts. Likewise Riemann Integration is done very well. The proof of the Implicit Function Theorem is very lucid.
